Friday 15th May, 5pm – Saturday 16th May, @ East Fremantle Primary School Oval.
One of the highlights of the EFPS social calendar, Campout 2026 is a fantastic opportunity for parents/carers and their kids to have a night of fun together, while also meeting other parents/carers and building a stronger school community.
THINGS TO KNOW
- Tickets $40 per family – parent/carer and kids (‘late bird’ fee of $10 if you purchase after Friday 8th May)
- If you are only able to attend for part of the event – please do still purchase a ticket, you are supporting the P&C
- You need to supply dinner on the Friday night. You can bring a camp stove, use one of the BBQs that will be available or just bring a pre-prepared meal.
- This year you can also buy Eugene’s Pizzeria pizzas when you purchase your ticket. These will be delivered to the oval at one of four chosen timeslots with your name on them. The pizza order will close a week before the event (though Campout tickets can still be purchased). A table will be set up where you can pick them up from. 10% of the money for pizzas goes to the P and C
- To assist with waking up on Saturday there’ll be a coffee cart providing a free coffee to each parent/carer, and also a bacon & egg roll breakfast for everyone
- Tents only – no camper vehicles
- No alcohol permitted
- The camp is open to any child currently enrolled at EFPS, kindy – year 6 (siblings who are not enrolled at EFPS are unfortunately not permitted to attend due to insurance purposes)
- Where it is not possible for a parent to be involved, another carer is welcome to attend. Alternatively, your child may like to link with a friend’s family who are participating
- NB: Campout is open to all parents/carers.

- A torch
- Clothes, enclosed shoes
- Camping chairs
- Plates and eating utensils
- Water bottles
- Snacks for in the tent
- Food for dinner (or order pizza along with your ticket)
WANT TO HELP?
This camp only occurs because of the work of volunteers. If you’re going to be attending and would be up for offering a small amount of your time to help, there are many different ways that you can assist that make a big difference to the ease of running this event. We promise no attendance at meetings is required – but we can guarantee your kids will be chuffed to have their parent/carer involved in helping run this event. *Please note: If you don’t receive a confirmation email, don’t panic! We will have a list of names at the gate so you don’t need to bring any confirmation. If you’re not sure whether your booking was successful, email efpspc@gmail.com and we will confirm.
WHAT HAPPENS TO THE PROFITS?
Any profits made by the event go to the P & C. The EFPS P & C in 2026 will be contributing money to the school to go towards the following (please note that some of the more expensive items in the list will take multiple years to raise the required funds):

• Library Books and Library Resources

- Only 1 ticket required per family.
- Pizzas are an add-on to your ticket, so the total will reflect the ticket price ($40) plus the cost of your selected pizzas.
- If you added the ticket to your cart and would then like to add pizzas to your ticket, ensure you remove the old ticket from your cart.
